My first (public) attempt of original song is here! I did this in barely 3 hours, motivated by a contest in the LMMS community, "The Worst of LMMS". I generally feel afraid of trying anything original, instead doing arrangements ruining other people's work, so that's somewhat new for me.

Musically it's very much the same you'd expect from my usual arrangements: synth metal with influences of other things ranging from orchestral to electronic, a dark atmosphere and lots of shitpost elements. And of course the iconic chocobo voice!

After feeling that inspired to do this crap today I decided to release it as a demo single. Hopefully in a distant future I'll have a bunch of original songs to include it in a new album. Who knows, maybe this will get the doors open to be part of the famous Metal Archives, the metal encyclopedia!


As usual don't expect anything objectively good but rather some silly thing to make people laugh and help to make the world a funnier place. If that opens a smile in your face my mission is accomplished, not aiming for anything higher :) (well, actually yes; aiming for the global birds invasion to conquer the Earth and all that, but that's more of long term evil plan, you know!)

The birds are expanding their horizons and there's nowhere to hide, they'll invade the whole Earth!

P.S: The artwork is a rehash of past album/EP covers. Using the chocobo drawing by Tuck / Biggoron ( biggoron.bandcamp.com ) and background images from Actraiser and Terranigma.
